Let’s get it started…

Lovelies, I’ve missed you so here I am. Tonight I just want to celebrate that it’s spring! How I love London when the sun is shining. Hope you’ve had a good weekend. I’ve have been busy doing this:

♥ Spending time with all my amazing friends.

♥ watched King’s Speech on stage at the Wyndham’s Theatre- what a fantastic play!

♥ adopted my friend Aida’s pup, well not really! The adorable Nikki the dog has arrived in London and I aatook him for a walk in Hyde Park, something I plan to do very often.

♥ counting down the days until my handsome returns from his latest adventure, he is working on a new ssdocumentary.

♥ had lots of delicious Persian food.

♥ spent time at my favourite London boutique Wild Swans and I’m now the owner of a gorgeous leather aajacket from Jofama.

♥ and I’ve been catching up on all my favourite series: Mad Men, New Girl, Hart of Dixie and Vampire aaDiaries (yes the list goes on…).

Spring and Summer at Wild Swans

Something that always makes me happy is walking into my favourite London boutique Wild Swans. Their spring and summer stock has arrived and I’ve found so many beautiful pieces. I have to control myself. I got a couple of things this week that I will show you in a later post but I also made a wish list which I plan to cross off as I go along.

Champagne, cupcakes and beautiful clothes

I can’t get over this amazing weather. I am smiling so much my face hurts :) Me and bf are both off today so we spent this sunny day together and have had the loveliest time. On days like this I think to myself how lucky I am and how much I appreciate the life I’m living. One must always be grateful and remember happy days like this on days less perfect.

Last night I put on my new heals that are the highest I ever owned (photo coming) and made my way to Wild Swans boutique in Islington for a bloggers night. The lovely Susie, Reena, Sabine, Ree and Nina were there and I don’t think I’ve ever enjoyed any blog event this much. We were drinking champagne and eating the most delicious cupcakes ever from Fiona Mallin. That’s a big statement coming from the girl who hates cupcakes. We were trying on the amazing outfits by Scandinavian designers such as Malou Sander, Ganni, Malene Birger and more. I know I’ve been going on about Wild Swans but when I discover something amazing I want to spread the world. It’s like with the tinted moisturizer by Laura Mercier, no one ever paid me or gave me anything to tell you how amazing that product is but still you heard it from me a million times. I just love the team at Wild Swans, love how relaxed and friendly they are, love how helpful and sweet they are and I love that they serve their costumers champagne on Saturdays. I mean it doesn’t get better than that. Here are some photos from the fab event.

Today I wish I was wearing

… all of these beautiful items from Wild Swans. Jofama does the best leather jackets, the one seen here is topping my wish list. Instead of this dream outfit I’m wearing a black maxi skirt, a navi cotton top and a Missoni scarf- cosy enough for the office on a Sunday.

Wild Swans

I recently discovered my personal heaven in London and its called Wild Swans. They have a boutique in Islington and one in Chiswick as well as an amazing web-boutique. As you know I adore the Scandinavian style because it seems so effortless and understated yet so very chic. Wild Swans happen to stock all my favourite Scandinavian brands such as By Malene Birger, Ganni, Bjorg, Day Birger et Mikkelsen, Graumann and many more. london boutique

Caroline van Luthje and her team are warm and welcoming which is why Wild Swans is the kind of boutique you want to walk into and stay for a long time (in my case for ever). Also I like that there’s no pressure, you can have a look around in peace and try things on and the staff are always at hand if you need any help or advice. I took some photos from the Islington boutique so you can see what I mean when I say heaven.

Appletree

My lovelies,

how are you sending your Sunday? We had a sleep in and then breakfast at Daylesford Organic. I wanted something simple so I had toast with marmalade. After we visited the Appletree Boutique in the area and I found a lovely blouse. Now I’m going to just sit on the balcony, relax and read a good book. Tonight we are meeting with our friends just off Abbey road for some great food and good wine. Life is good!
