My french adventure

IMG_9894I am lucky to have the friends that I have, women who are strong, fascinating and loving. In Paris I was visiting my dear Luna who is so much more than just a beautiful face. This girl has the biggest heart and so much charisma. Ever since we met she has taken on the big sister role and sometimes she is pretty tough on me, but sisters have to be especially when they want our very best like Luna does.

Paris haute couture I arrived in the fashion capital of the world just in time for the most magnificent exhibition. The Paris Haute Couture exhibition brings together a hundred exceptional dresses and outfits by designers such as Chanel, Worth, Doucet, Poiret, Lanvin, Balenciaga, Givenchy, Grès, Jean Paul Gaultier, Lacroix, Alaïa and many more.

Paris apartment I wish I could move into my friends beautiful apartment. I love every little detail around this house.

Nuxe Huile Prodigieuse

When I write about a product you can be sure I love it. I am constantly spending a fortune on beauty products and many of those never make the cut to end up on the blog. Those are products that fail to do what they promise. So when I find a products that delivers I want to share it with you asap and here’s one that has really impressed me.

I had heard so much about Nuxe Multi-purpose oil and when I was in France I finally purchased some. It’s a cocktail of 6 Precious Plant Oils (Borage, St John’s wort, Sweet Almond, Camellia, Hazelnut and Macadamia) and Vitamin E to nourish, repair and soften the face, body and hair. It has a lovely light fragrance and I really like that it can be used all over. The golden particles gives you a nice shimmer and enhances your tan. The best part is that it’s a dry oil which means it sinks right in and leaves no marks on your clothes. I use a few drops in my hair on a night out to get a dazzling effect.

Those summer nights

Some of the warm nights in Montpellier we spent with friends playing Boules. The French take their boules very seriously. On a bench nearby we had wine, cheese, olives and fruit. The perfect summer night if you ask me.

Au revoir France

Our French getaway is coming to an end. We’ve had an amazing time here in South of France. I can really recommend it. The weather has been over plus 30 every day and we have enjoyed the company of some lovely people. I will post photos once home. Handsome was in Paris for work before meeting me down here and he brought me this lovely souvenir.

Time to breathe

Lovelies,

it’s been tough few months. A lot of stress at work but finally time for a holiday. I am off to join handsome in the land of macaroons and baguettes. The south of the country to be precis where plus 30 awaits us. We have a birthday party to attend, a concert where close friends will perform and beaches to visit. While I’m away my blog will be updated with some scheduled posts as well as posts from location.

Can’t wait to discover Montpellier. I know nothing better than traveling and expanding my horizons. For me, that’s the meaning of life and believe me I know how lucky I am to have the opportunity to travel as much as I do.
